A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
DATED MARCH 23, 1972, FROM LEATHA L. PRINCE,
A WIDOW, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER
ALONG HER PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 4291 N. W.
12TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with certain construc-
tion of a portion of the LeJeune Gardens Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-5315, an easement is needed for the sewer
Location; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Prince, a widow, has executed and de-
livered to the City of Miami, a Grant of Easement for the
required permanent sanitary sewer to be constructed and
installed on a portion of her property, legal description
of which is shown on said Easement; and
WHEREAS, in attempting to obtain this easement from
Mrs. Prince, we found that we could only acquire it by waiv-
ing any assessment against her property for the construction
of the sanitary sewer improvement. Upon further investigation,
it would found that the appraised value of the land required
for the easement was in excess of the estimated assessment
for sanitary sewer construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the March 23, 1972 Grant of Easement
executed by Leatha L. Prince, a widow, for the therein
described land, be and the same is hereby accepted, copy of

said Grant of Easement being attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the proper officers of the City of
Miami, be and they are hereby directed to file said Grant
of Easement for record in the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.

Records of Dade County, Florida.
All in accordance with Sketch No. Misc.
17-250 attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by and between
the parties hereto that this easement is
granted by the party of the first part upon
the condition that THE CITY OF MIAMI, a muni-
cipal corporation of the State of Florida,
will waive payment by the party of the first
part, of the assessment for sanitary sewer
for said Lot 15B.
