A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORN PERFORMED BY MERCO OF FLORIDA
CORP. AT A TOTAL COST OF $34,208.50
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$14,026.00 FOR THE MIAMI STADIUM -
CHAIR SEAT REPLACEMENT - 1971.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 29,
1971 between the City of Miami and Merco of Florida Corp;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Merco of Florida Corp. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Merco of
Florida Corp. for the MIAMI STADIUM - CHAIR SEAT REPLACEMENT -
1971, at a total cost of $34,208.50, be and the same is, hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are
hereby authorized and directed to pay Merco of Florida Corp. a
balance of $14,026.00 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
