A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK OF DARGEL CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
FOR THE PAN AMERICAN SANITARY SEWER
EXTENSION - 1971 AT A TOTAL COST OF
$55,330.70; AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE
OF $1,215.70 IN THE CONTRACT AMOUNT;
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$10,012.10 TO DARGEL CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 16,
1971 between the City of Miami and Dargel Construction Co.,
Inc. for the PAN AMERICAN SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION - 1971;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Dargel Construction Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid con-
tract; and
WHEREAS, due to unforeseen underground obstructions not
anticipated there is an increase of $1,215.70 in the contract
amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Dargel
Construction Co., Inc. under contract dated August 16, 1971
for the PAN AMERICAN SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION - 1971 at a total
cost of $55,330.70, be, and the same is hereby accepted.

Section 2. An increase of $1,215.70 in the contract
amount be, and the same is hereby, authorized.
Section 3. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Dargel Construc-
tion Co., Inc. a balance of $10,012.10 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
for the PAN AMERICAN SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION - 1971.
