A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO REMOVE ALL PENDING LIENS FOR PARK
FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5293-S
IN PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5293-S NOT HERETOFORE CERTIFIED.
WHEREAS, on October 24, 1968, the Commission adopted
Resolution No. 40051 ordering PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5293-S; and
WHEREAS, on January 23, 1969, the Commission adopted
Resolution No. 40296 allocating $33,600 from the Sanitary
Sewer Bond Funds and confirming ordering Resolution No.
40051 and authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-5293-S; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 56, as amended,
of the Charter of the City of Miami, the Tax Collector has
placed pending liens against all the properties included in
the PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5293-S;
and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1969, the Commission adopted
Resolution No. 41120 returning the amount of $32,000 to
unallocated status in the Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund account;
and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer improvement included in the
PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5293-S has been
constructed by Metropolitan Dade County through its Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development as a portion of Model

REMARKS:

Cities NDP Area No. 9 at no cost to the abutting property
owners; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore expedient and proper for all
pending liens for PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5293-S in PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5293-5 not heretofore certified under Section 56, as
amended, of the City Charter to be cancelled and removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Directorcf Finance of the City of Miami
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove any
and all pending liens for PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5293-S in PARK FLORAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5293-S not heretofore certified.
