RESOLUTION NO. 72 `' now
A RESOLUTION ORDERING EAST PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352-C.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer Improvement
identified as EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer) shall be made under
the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of the
City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist
of:
Laying an eight -inch vitrified clay pipe
sanitary sewer at or near the centerline of:

Laying six-inch cast iron pipe laterals, as
required to the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including
the lots and parcels of land described in Section
2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other
appurtenances, pump stations, outfall, connections
to existing sewers, relaying street pavement,
sidewalks, and curb and gutters where such relay-
ing is made necessary by this improvement.
Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of
the cost of said EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT

S1-5352-C (centerline sewer) shall be levied upon all
the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above-
mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels
of land are hereby designated EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352-C.
To each of the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the
following described lots and parcels of land to the
property line of which a sewer lateral or laterals is
laid, will be assessed the average cost of that lateral
or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:
