A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RIGHT OF WAY
DEED FOR ALLEY PURPOSES DATED FEBRUARY 8,
1972 FROM SHELL OIL COMPANY FOR AN ALLEY
PARALLEL TO N. W. 17 AVENUE EXTENDING FROM
N. W. 54 STREET TO AN INTERSECTING ALLEY
RUNNING PARALLEL TO N. W. 54 STREET; AND
DIRECTING THAT SAID DEED BE RECORDED IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Shell Oil Company is in the process of
constructing a modern gasoline filling station at the
northwest corner of N. W. 54 Street and N. W. 17 Avenue
and the City has stipulated that a 12-foot alley along
the west side of their property be conveyed to City as a
public alley; and
WHEREAS, the Shell Oil Company has executed a Right
Of Way Deed for Alley Purposes for the required alley and
it is now in order for the City to accept the Deed and
record it in the Public Records of Dade County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Right Of Way Deed for Alley Purposes
dated February 8, 1972 executed by Shell Oil Company for an
alley parallel to N. W. 17 Avenue extending from N. W. 54
Street to an intersecting alley running parallel to N. W. 54
Street be, and the same is hereby, accepted, a copy of said
Deed being attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Section 2. The Property Manager be, and he is
hereby, directed to record the aforesaid Deed in the
Public Records of Dade County after affixing thereto
and imprinting thereon the following certificate as
required by State Law:
"The attached deed of dedication or
conveyance was accepted and approved
this day of A.D.
1972 by Resolution No. passed
and adopted by the Commission of the
City of Miami, Florida
