HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-72-0018RHT/f 1 4/12/72 RESOLUTION NO. 72-18 A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE THE REMAIN- ING PORTION OF A CUL-DE-SAC ADJOINING LOTS 39 AND 40, ACADIA SUBDIVISION, ON THE SOUTH SIDE, TOGETHER WITH A 10 FOOT STRIP OF LAND LYING BETWEEN SAID LOTS 39 AND 40, SUBJECT TO REPLAT- TING OF THE AREA, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL PLAT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the remaining portion of a Cul-de-Sac adjoining Lots 39 and 40, ACADIA SUBDIVISION, on the South side, together with a 10 foot strip of land lying between said Lots 39 and 40, subject to replatting of the area, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and dis- continued for public use, subject to recording formal plat.
