RESOLUTION NO. 7 2
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF DARGEL CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC. FOR POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5276-C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
IN POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5276-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) AT
A TOTAL COST OF $48,767.40 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $5,869.89.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 16, 1971
between the City of Miami and Dargel Construction Co., Inc.
for the construction of POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5276-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Dargel Construction Co., Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid con-
tract; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City
Commission on April 6, 1972 to hear any objections to the com-
pleted improvements and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Dargel
Construction Co., Inc. under contract dated August 16, 1971

for the construction of POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5276-C (centerline sewer) in POINT VIEW SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5276-C (centerline sewer) be,
and the same is hereby accepted at a total cost of $48,767.40.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Dargel Construction
Co., Inc. a balance of $5,869.89 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connec-
tion with the contract for POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5276-C (centerline sewer) in POINT VIEW SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5276-C (centerline sewer).
