A RESOLUTION TO DEFER UNTIL A TIME TO
BE DETERMINED AT THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING
OF THE COMMISSION THE MATTER OP A HEARING
ON CHARGES AND SPECIFICATIONS SET FORTH
IN RESOLUTION NO. 43389 INVOLVING GERALD
J. TOBIN, SENIOR MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the matter of a hearing on charges and specifications
set forth in Resolution No. 43389 involving Gerald J. Tobin,
Senior Municipal Judge of the City of Miami, be, and it is, here-
by deferred until a time to be determined at the next regular
meeting of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1972.
