A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIA-
TIONS WITH THE C.T.A. TOWERS FOR AN
INCREASE IN THE PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF
TAXES PAID BY SAID ORGANIZATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the City Manager be, and he is, hereby authorized
and directed to enter into negotiations with the C.T.A. Towers
for an increase in the payments in lieu of taxes paid by said
organization to the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1972.
