A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION
TO PREPARE A CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION
EXPRESSING THE SINCERE THANKS OF THE CITY
COMMISSION AND THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI FOR THE BOXING EQUIPMENT AND $500. 00
CHECK DONATED BY TONY G. KLOSE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE CITY'S BOXING
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Tony G. Klose has donated boxing equipment
to the City of Miami consisting of three sets of boxing gloves,
two large medicine balls, one heavy leather sand bag, one work-
out bench with weights, one rowing exercisor, and big mirrors for
shadow boxing with a check for $500. 00.
WHEREAS, these gifts will be of great benefit to the citizens
of the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That the Commission hereby directs the City Admin-
istration to prepare a Certificate of Appreciation to Tony G. Klose
expressing the sincere thanks of the City Commission and the people
of the City of Miami for the boxing equipment and $ 500. 00 check donated
by Tony G. Klose for the purpose of furthering the C�it,•y's boxing program.
