A RESOLUTION PERMITTING USE OF THE ORANGE
BOWL PARKING FACILITIES BY CEDARS OF LEBANON
HOSPITAL FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY DAYS BEGINNING
MARCH 20, 1972, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That Cedars of Lebanon Hospital be, and it is, hereby author-
ized to utilize parking facilities at the Orange Bowl Stadium
for a period of ninety days beginning March 20, 1972, at the
expiration of which period, if additional use is desired, the
matter shall again be considered by the City Commission, said
utilization to be subject to a suitable agreement between the
City of Miami and said Cedars of Lebanon Hospital which shall
provide that said use be for Cedars of Lebanon personnel only;
that adequate insurance coverage be provided and a hold harmless
clause be stipulated by said Cedars of Lebanon Hospital; that
said parking facilities be vacated in case any event is held in
the Orange Bowl Stadium during this period, and that adequate
police protection be provided by said Cedars of Lebanon Hospital.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1972.
