RESOLUTION NO. 43367
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND ELECTING
JANICE REVITZ AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI TO FILL THE UNEX-
PIRED TERM OF LEONARD LEVENSTEIN,
RESIGNED
WHEREAS, the Commission has this date accepted the
resignation of Leonard Levenstein as Municipal Judge of the
City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That Janice Revitz be, and she is, hereby appointed and
elected as Municipal Judge of the City of Miami to fill the
unexpired term of Leonard Levenstein, resigned, said appointment
effective as of this date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1972.
