A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $4, 715. 00 TO COVER THE
COST OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED MERRIE CHRISTMAS
PARK LIGHTING - 1972 - AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ISSUE A WORK ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, there exist a need to implement the project entitled
MERRIE CHRISTMAS PARK - LIGHTING - 1972. The City Manager
reports that the funds in the amount of $4, 715. 00 are necessary to
accomplish the project, and
WHEREAS, funds to cover the cost of this project are avail-
able from the Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds Account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $4, 715. 00 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds
account to cover the cost of the project entitled MERRIE CHRISTMAS
PARK - LIGHTING - 1972.
Section 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to proceed for the aforesaid project.
