A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
FEBRUARY 15, 1972, OF JULES BROTHERS
UNIFORMS, INC. FOR FURNISHING WORK SHIRTS
AND WORK TROUSERS TO THE CITY OF MIAMI,
AS REQUIRED, AT THE PRICES SHOWN ON THE
ATTACHED LIST, FROM THE DATE OF AWARD
THROUGH JANUARY 31, 1973; AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASING AGENT FOR
THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS,
AS REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED
THAT FUNDS BUDGETED FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE
AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received February 15, 1972, for
furnishing Work Shirts and Work Trousers to employees
authorized to receive same, furnished by the City of Miami,
as required, from the date of award through January 31, 1973,
at the prices shown on the attached list; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Jules Brothers Uniforms, Inc. is the best (acceptable) bid
meeting all specifications, and recommends that the same be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received February 15, 1972, of Jules
Brothers Uniforms, Inca for furnishing Work Shirts and Work
Trousers to the City of Miami, as required, from date of
award through January 31, 1973, at the prices shown on the
attached list, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City of Miami
