FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MORNINGSIDE PARK- FENCINGt4ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $ 9.481. FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT_EUNDS-UNALLOC- ATED FUNDS";AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR. WHEREAS, bids were received March 15, 1972 for the MORNINGSIDE PARK - FENCING, and WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 9,481. are available for allocation from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Funds -Unallocated Funds"; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Cornwell Fence Company in the amount of $ 8,465. is the bid most advantageous to the City, and recommends that contract be awarded to said company, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The hid of Cornwell Fence Company received March 15, 1972, for the MORNINGSIDE PARK - FENCING, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $ 8.465. is hereby accepted. Section 2. The amount of $ 9,481. is hereby allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Funds - Unallocated Funds". Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and. directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami for the MORNINGSIDE PARK - FENCING.
