A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
MARCH 1, 1972, OF PITMAN PHOTO, INC.
FOR FURNISHING
FIFTEEN (15) SECURITY ALARM CAMERAS AT
A TOTAL COST OF $ 748.80 THE
FUNDS FOR WHICH ARE PROVIDED THROUGH
A FEDERAL GRANT ENTITLED "MIAMI POLICE
ROBBERY CONTROL PROJECT", AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT
THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received on March 1, 1972, by the
City Manager and City Clerk for furnishing fifteen (15)
Security Alarm Cameras, the funds for which will be pro-
vided through a Federal Grant entitled "Miami Police
Robbery Control Project"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
PITMAN PHOTO, INC.
is the best
(acceptable) bid and recommends that the same be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received March 1, 1972, of
PITMAN PHOTO, INC. for furnishing
fifteen (15) Security Alarm Cameras at a total cost of $ 748.80
the funds for which will be provided through a Federal Grant
entitled "Miami Police Robbery Control Project", be, and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City of Miami
