A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED MARCH 10,
1972 OF JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT CO. IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $9,785. FOR THE TEBCO SANITARY
SEWER MODIFICATIONS - 1972; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT
OF $10,960. FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "SANITARY
SEWER BOND FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR
WHEREAS, Bids were received March 10, 1972 for the
TEBCO SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS - 1972; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $10,960. are
available for allocation from the account entitled "Sanitary
Sewer Bond Funds"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. in the amount of $9,785. is
the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be
awarded to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Joe Reinertson Equipment Co.
received March 10, 1972 for the TEBCO SANITARY SEWER MODIFICA-
TIONS - 1972, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on unit
prices, at a total estimated cost of $9,785., be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $10,960. be allocated from
the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Funds".
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of
Miami for the TEBCO SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS - 1972.
