A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
FEBRUARY 15, 1972, OF FLORIDA DUST CONTROL
SERVICE, INC. FOR FURNISHING DUST CONTROL
PRODUCTS, AS REQUIRED, AT THE PRICES LISTED
HEREIN, FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 1, 1972 THROUGH
FEBRUARY 28, 1973, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIR-
ECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PUR-
CHASING AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE
PURCHASE ORDERS, AS REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST
HAVING DETERMINED THAT FUNDS BUDGETED FOR
THIS PURPOSE ARE AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received February 15, 1972, by the
City Manager and City Clerk for furnishing Dust Control
Products, as required, for the period March 1, 1972 through
February 28, 1973; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Florida
Dust Control Service, Inc. is the best (acceptable) bid and
recommends that the same be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

and directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City
of Miami to issue purchase orders, as required, after first
having determined that funds budgeted for this purpose are
available.
