RESOLUTION NO. 4/ C3�5 /
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
"ALLAPATTAH COURT SUBDIVISION", A SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, WAIVING
CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE CITY CODE AND STATE
LAW; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and the
Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance
of the Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled ALLAPATTAH COURT SUBDIVISION,
being a subdivision of a portion of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 34,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
together with all existing and future plantings, trees and
shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public,
be and the same are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Except for the construction of those improve-
ments provided for in the Agreement entered into between the
Owner and the Director of the Department of Public Works on
behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated July 12, 1971, the
requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20, Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, and State law as to improvements to be made in

subdivisions will hereby expressly be waived.
Section 3. That the requirements of Chapter 54,
Section 54-20, the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, and
State law concerning the posting of a Performance Bond to
guarantee the construction of subdivision improvements be
waived.
Section 4. Of all other requirements of State law
concerning the posting of a Performance Bond for the con-
struction of improvements, that portion pertaining to the
maintenance of said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 6. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
of the City of Miami. Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.
