RESOLUTION NO. L ��
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUC-
TION OF POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5276 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN POINT
VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5276 C (CENTERLINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Dargel Construc-
tion Co., Inc, has completed the construction of sanitary
sewer improvements designated as POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5276 C (CENTERLINE SEWER); and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance thereof
by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be deter-
mined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public
hearing to hear any objections by persons interested or
affected by POINT VIEW SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5276 C
(centerline sewer) as to the acceptance of the completed
construction thereof.
