RESOLUTION NO. '‹Jr.-
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY CUYAHOGA WRECKING CORPORATION
AT A TOTAL COST OF $3,545. AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,545. FOR FIRE STATION
NO. 7 DEMOLITION - 1972.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 27, 1972
between the City of Miami and Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Cuyahoga
Wrecking Corporation for the FIRE STATION NO. 7 - DEMOLITION -
1972, at a total cost of $3,545. be and the same is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Cuyahoga
Wrecking Corporation a balance of $3,545. as full and final -
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
