A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $25,000 FROM THE
"SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND" FOR PRELIMINARY
EXPENSES FOR THE LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-5315 C (CENTERLINE SEWER)
AND SR-5315 S (SIDELINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, funds are needed for the preliminary
expenses in connection with the construction of LEJEUNE
GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-5315 C (centerline
sewer) AND SR-5315 S (sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation
from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $25,000 is hereby
allocated from the "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund" for pre-
liminary expenses for the LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-5315 C (centerline sewer) and SR-5315 S
(sideline sewer).
