A RESOLUTION TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION OPPOSING THE PROPOSAL
TO REMOVE THE LANDSCAPING AND MEDIAN
STRIPS ON SOUTH DIXXE HIGHWAY TO FACILITATE A
SEVENTH LANE OF TRAFFIC
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That it does hereby go on record with the Florida De-
partment of Transportation opposing the proposal to remove the
landscaping and median strips on South Dixie Highway to facilitate
a seventh lane of traffic.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1972.
