RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE",
AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
VI, SECTION 1 (4-A), TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION
OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON LOT 2 LESS
SOUTH 501, BLOCK 4, KEW GARDENS (8-9) , CON-
SISTING OF 4 UNITS IN TWO BUILDINGS, AS PER
PLAN ON FILE IN PLANNING BOARD OFFICE,
LOCATED AT 3080 N. W. 16TH STREET, IN AN R-2
(TWO-FAMILY) DISTRICT.
WAAREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Miami, a' its meeting held on February 28, 1972, passed and
adopted by\o 6 to 3 vote its Resolution No. 72-38, recom-
mending denia'2. for "Conditional Use", as provided in
Ordinance No. 6a71, Article VI, Section 1 (4 A), as herein-

set forth; aid this Commission deems it advisable for
the public conveniene and welfare and finds that the use

NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITtESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a "Conditional Use"
as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article VI, Section 1 (4-A),
to permit construction of Planned Unit Development on Lot 2
less South 50', Block 4, KEW GARDENS, Pitt Book 8, Page 9,
consisting of 4 units in two buildings, as%, Der plan on file

The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of February28, 1972,

72-38 by a 6 to 3 vote recommending DENIAL for "Conditional Use"
as listed in Ora3.nance No. 6871, ARTICLE VI, Section 1 (4-A), to
permit construction of Planned Unit Development on Lot 2 less S 50'
Block 4, KEW GARDENS (8-9), located at 3080 N. W. 16th Street,
consisting of 4 units in 2 buildings, as per plan on file in
Planning Board Office; zoned R-2 (Two -Family).
There were over 20% objections.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been pre-
pared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for considera-
tion of the City Commission.
