RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 43219 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-5315-S (SIDELINE SEWER) IN
LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5315-S (SIDELINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of
February 3, 1972, Resolution No. 43219 was passed which
ordered a sanitary sewer improvement identified as LEJEUNE
GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a hearing
was held before the City Commission on March 16, 1972 as
to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No.
43219, which resolution ordered LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of
said highway improvement were sustained by the Commission,
it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm
said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said
Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 43219 dated February
3, 1972 which ordered LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline sewer) in LEJEUNE GARDENS

SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer) is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of LEJEUNE
GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer) .
