A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 43179 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4353
IN LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4353.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of January 20,
1972, Resolution No. 43179 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4353; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on March 16, 1972 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 43179,
which Resolution ordered LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4353; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said highway
improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is therefore
in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering Resolution
and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for
the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 43179 dated January 20, 1972,
which ordered LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4353, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of LE JEUNE
