Mr. Alvarez:I am sorry to be late. My name is Ramos Alvarez,
I ant the President of Boal Corporation. We like to have a changed
this thirteen feet, from.C-4 to 1-3, that is all.
Wright: All right, are you finished, Mr. Alvarez?
All right, is there anyone here in objection to this item? At this
time, we will close the public hearing, Mr. Kalil, this is in your
district.
Mr. Kalil: What do you plan on building on this?
Mr. Alvarez: Apartments. We have a station,~a gasoline
station in the block, you know.
Mr. Simpson: The yellow came off of our map. Actually,
what it will do, is, straighten out that line, in that manner.
Mr. Kalil: That makes itconform to the zoning on the,.
other side of the line.
I move that we grantthis approval.
Mr. Alfonso: Second.
Rev. Wright: All right, the motion is to grant.
