A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF RODOLFO
J. CERUTTI FOR OPERATION OF THE FOOD AND
BEVERAGE CONCESSION AT THE MUNICIPAL
JUSTICE BUILDING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS,
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RODOLFO J. CERUTTI
FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS, IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS CON-
TAINED IN SAID LEASE AGREEMENT, A COPY OF
WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of RODOLFO J. CERUTTI, for the
operation of the food and beverage concession at the Municipal
Justice Building, in accordance with the specifications and
instructions to bidders be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement with
RODOLFO J. CERUTTI for a period of three (3) years, in accord-
ance with the terms and conditions as contained in said lease
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND.ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1972.
