A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY JOE REINERTSON EQUIPMENT CO.,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $48,2 3.50 AND AUTHORIZ-
ING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $4,971.35 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF NORTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-24

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated November 12, 1971
between The City of Miami and Joe Reinertson Equipment Co.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. has furnished the required docu-
ments. certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid „in full in connection. with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that the
completed work be accepted and final payment made to the con-
.tractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Joe
Reinertson Equipment Co. for the construction of NORTHERN DRAINAGE
PROJECT E-24 at a total cost of $48,273.50 be, and it is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Joe
Reinertson Equipment Co., a balance of $4,971.35 as full and
final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in
connection with the construction of NORTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-24.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd d day of March. 1972.
