A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF CORAL WAY HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4344 IN CORAL WAY HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT H-4344.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Clifton Lightsey,
Inc. has completed the construction of highway improvements
designated as CORAL WAY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4344, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a
notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is authorized and directed
to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of
Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Com-
mission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing
to hear any objections by persons interested or affected by
CORAL WAY HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4344 as to the acceptance
of the completed construction thereof.
