RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE
ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF HILLSIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4333
IN HILLSIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4333.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that O'Keefe Asphalt
Pavements, Inc. has completed the construction of highway
improvements designated as HILLSIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4333, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons inter-
ested in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is authorized and directed
to publish a notice in a newspaper published in the City of
Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City Com-
mission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing
to hear any objections by persons interested or affected by
HILLSIDE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4333 as to the acceptance of
the completed construction thereof.
