A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORD
PERFORMED BY CUYAHOGA WRECKING CORPORATION
AT A TOTAL COST OF $1,874.00, AND AUTHOR-
IZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $1,874.00 FOR THE
ORANGE BOWL AUTO TESTING STATION DEMOLITION,
1971.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 4, 1972
between the City of Miami and Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Cuyahoga
Wrecking Corporation for the ORANGE BOWL AUTO TESTING STATION
DEMOLITION - 1971, at a total cost of $1,874.00, is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Cuyahoga Wrecking
Corporation a balance of $1,874.00 as full and final payment
