A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
COMMERCIAL WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO CORBAR'S
TRUCKING & TRASH HAULING, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The issuance of a commercial waste collec-
tion license to Corbar's Trucking & Trash Hauling, Inc. is
hereby authorized.

1T IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that TIIE CITY OF MIAMI, a
municipal Corporation, agrees tbat the said Sanitary Sewer to b¢ constructed under the property hereby
given for such right, shall always be maintained so as not to be or become a nuisance.
SHOULD the above easement be abandoned or discontinued by operation of IMP or otherwise, the said
easement shall cease and revert to the Grantor s herein, their heirs or assigns.
