A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE"
AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ART-
ICLE V, SECTION 1 (6) (c) TO PERMIT USE
OF LOTS 7 THRU 10, BLOCK 10, TWELFTH
STREET MANORS (5-59), LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NW 36TH COURT AND
NW FLAGLER TERRACE, FOR PARKING IN CON-
JUNCTION WITH THE COMMERCIAL USES IN
BLOCK 10; LOCATED IN AN;R-2 (TWO-FAMILY)
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Miami, at its meeting of January 10, 1972, passed and
adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-13 recommend-
ing a change of zoning;and whereas the Commission deems it
desirable to modify the recommendation to grant a conditional
use for off-street parking;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That a conditional use, as provided in Ordinance No.
6871, Article V, Section 1 (6) (c) to permit use of Lots 7
through 10, Block 10, Twelfth Street manors (5-59), located
on the southwest corner of NW 36th Court and NW Flagler Terrace,
for parking in conjunction with the commercial uses in Block
10, located in an R-2 (Two -Family) District, be, and it is,
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of'March, 1972.
