A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS
OF THE CITY MANAGER IN HIS MEMORANDUM OF
FEBRUARY 16, 1972, WHICH PROVIDES FOR PRO-
POSED IMPROVEMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO
MIAMARINA; FURTHER APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FROM THE MIAMARINA BAYFRONT RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUND TO BE UTILIZED TO AC-
COMPLISH THE WORK ESTIMATED AT $35,000;
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCOMPLISH SAID ADJUSTMENTS WITH CITY FORCES
OR BY CONTRACT, WHICHEVER IS IN THE BEST
INTEREST OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the recommendations contained in the City
Manager's memorandum of February 16, 1972, which provide for
proposed improvements and adjustments to Miamarina, be, and
they are, hereby accepted.
Section 2. That funds in the estimated amount of
$35,000 be, and they are, hereby appropriated from the
Miamarina Bayfront Recreational Facilities Bond Fund be utilized
to accomplish the work.
Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is, hereby
authorized to accomplish said adjustments with City forces
or by contract, whichever is in the best interest of the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1972.
