A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
FEBRUARY 14, 1972 OF P.J. CONSTRUCTORS, INC.
, IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $ 25,395. , FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE PROJECT A-2;
ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $ 28,443.
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "STORM SEWER
BOND FUND"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bind were received February 14, 1972 for the
construction of DRAINAGE PROJECT A-2; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 28,443. are
available for allocation from the account entitled "Storm
Sewer Bond Fund" to cover the cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
P.J. Constructors, Inc. , in the
amount of $ 25,395. , is the lowest bid (accept-
able) and recommends that contract be awarded to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of P.J. Constructors. Inc.
, received February 14, 1972 for the construction
of DRAINAGE PROJECT A-2, namely Base Bid of
Proposal, based on unit prices, at a total estimated cost of
$ 25,395. , be and the same is, hereby
accepted.

Section 3. The City Marager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of
Miami for the construction of DRAINAGE PROJECT A-2.
