A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND ELECTING DAN
SATIN AS MUNICIPAL JUDGE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED
TERM OF DONALD BARMACK, RESIGNED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That Dan Satin be, and he is, hereby appointed and elected
Municpal Judge of the City of Miami, Florida, to fill the un-
expired term of Donald Barmaek, resigned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1972.
