A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
TO APPOINT A COORDINATOR FOR DADE COUNTY TO
INSURE THAT WHATEVER FEDERAL FUNDS THAT MAY BE
MADE AVAILABLE FOR COMBATTING DRUG ADDITICTION
ARE PROGRAMMED IN A REALISTIC FASHION TO SERVE
ALL OF DADE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the United States Government be, and it is, hereby
requested to appoint a coordinator for Dade County, Florida
to insure that whatever federal funds that may be made
available for combatting drug addiction are programmed in a
realistic fashion to serve all of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1972.
