A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD TO COMtNCE A STUDY AND PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS THAT WOULD ENCOMPASS A PAD UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT THAT WOULD EMBRACE BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USE - AGE OF LAND SUBJECT TO CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO PLANS SUBMITTED BY THE APPLICANT AND APPROVED BY TEE PLANNING 'AND ZONING BOARD AND THE CITY COMMISSION. g4vA"1 WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable by the commission that a more thorough study be made of a planned unit Development Concept that would encompass both a residential and commercial useage of land for construction on a large scale basis subject to meeting a plan of development as submitted by the applicant and approved by the planning and zoning Board and the city commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE _ ,, CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: �� f �' . f Section 1. That the planning and zoning Board shall commence as soon as practicable a public hearing on the development of a planned Unit Development concept Zoning District which would embrace residential and commercial useage of land with the planning and zoning Board and the city Commission retaining authority to provide for conditions concerning the following: a. Floor area ratio premiums b. Lot coverage c. Set backs d. Front or street side yards e. side yards and interior side yards f. Rear yards g. Useable open space h. Landscaped areas i. spaces between buildings on the same site j. parking development k. plaza development and other matters deemed appropriate by the planning and Zoning Board to be added. Section 2. That the planned unit Development Concept shall be subject to the developer submitting a planned unit Concept and the planning and zoning Board, after review and recommendation, and T EM ►yO . 2f '► CITY C'r: :lEEst:=.
