A RESO ION DIRECTING THE PLANNING AND ZONING
BOARDTO MAKE A REVIEW OF THE CENTRAL COMMERCIAL
C-3 DISTRICT USE REGULATIONS TO ELIMINATE FROM
ARTICLE XV, Section 2(8)(d) 1 THROUGH 7 AND TO
PLACE SAID SUBSECTIONS IN A SEPARATE CATEGORY.
WHEREAS, the Central Commercial C-3 District in-Artiale
XV, Section 2(8)(d) 1 through 7 provides for conditions that
should be in a separate section rather than under the use regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
1/
Section 1. That the Planning and Zoning Board immediately
commence a study for the purpose of amending the Central Commercial
C-3 District as contained in Article XV, Section 2(8)(d) 1 through
7, for the purpose of setting said subsections into a separate
category apart from the use regulations for the purpose of providing
a more flexible method of development.
