A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE"
AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
XVI, SECTION 1 (37)(a), TO PERMIT ESTABLISH-
MENT OF PAINT SHOP ONLY IN STRUCTURE LOCATED
ON LOTS 33 THRU 38, BLOCK 1, ALLAPATTAH
COMMERCIAL CENTER (21-72), WAIVING 5 OF 13
NOFF-STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR USE
ON SITE LOCATED AT 1735 N. W. 28TH STREET,
tpT A C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, '4ie Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Miami, at itsneeting held on January 24, 1972, passed
and adopted by a 5 o 3 vote its Resolution No. 72-21,
recommending grantin• a "Conditional Use" as provided in
Ordinance No. 6871, Art'cle XVI, Section 1 (37)(a), as
hereinafter set forth; an this Commission deems it advis-
able for the public conveni ce and welfare and finds that
the use will not be detriment or injurious to the character
of the development of the immedi to neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLViR BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application',for a "Conditional
Use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, )rticle XVI,
Section 1 (37) (a) , to permit establishmentXf Paint Shop
only in structure located on Lots 33 thru 38,'Block 1,
ALLAPATTAH COMMERCIAL CENTER, Plat Book 21, Paget 72, waiving
5 of 13 off-street parking spaces required for u on site
located at 1735 N. W. 28th Street, in a C-4 General,

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of January_ 24, 1972, Item
44, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-21
by a 5 to 3 vote (one member absent) recommending "Conditional Use"
as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XVI, Section 1 (37) (a),
to permit establishment of Paint Shop only in structure located
at 1735 N. W. 28th Street, on Lots 33 through 38, Block 1,
ALLAPATTAH COMMERCIAL CENTER (21-72), waiving 5 of 13 off-street
parking spaces required for combination use on site; zoned C-4
(General Commercial).
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been pre-
pared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration
of the City Commission.
