RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE S. W. 12TH
STREET BETWEEN S. W. 3RD AVENUE AND THE
EXPRESSWAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE
PLAT NO. 794, DESIGNATED AS "ABEJA SUBDIVISION",
SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Miami, at its meeting held on January 10, 1972, passed
and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 72-4,
recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning and discon-
tinuing for public use that S. W. 12th Street between S. W.
3rd Avenue and the Expressway, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That S. W. 12th Street between S. W. 3rd
Avenue and the Expressway, in accordance with Tentative
Plat No. 794, designated as "ABEJA SUBDIVISION", be and
the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and dis-
continued for public use, subject to recording formal plat.

Applicant: Abeja Investments
The Miami Planning_Board, at its meeting of January 10, 1972, Item
#4, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-4
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending official vacation and closure of
S. W. 12th Street between S. W. 3rd Avenue a'nhe Expressway, in
accordance with Tentative Plat *794, "ABEJA SUBDIVISION".
Seven objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street Closure has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of
the City Commission.
