A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLU-
TION NO, 43128 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF S.E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4352 IN S.E. 14 STREET HIGH-
WAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of
January 6, 1972, Resolution No. 43128 was passed which
ordered a highway improvement identified as S.E. 14
STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public
hearing was held before the City Commission on February
3, 1972 as to any objections to the confirmation of Reso-
lution No. 43128, which resolution ordered S.E. 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission.
It is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm
said ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of said
Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordering Resolution No. 43128

dated January 6, 1972, which ordered S.E. 14 STREET
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352 in S.E. 14 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4352, be, and the same is hereby,
confirmed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of S.E.
14 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4352.
