A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE" AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XV, SECTION 2 (8)(a), WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO: (1) APPROVAL FOR ONE YEAR, (2) TEN FEET OF LANDSCAPED STREET SETBACK AREA FOR THE STRUCTURE LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY, (3) UPPER LEVEL SOLID SCREENING OF THE SOUTHEAST STRUCTURE, (4) TOTAL SCREENING OF THE EAST AND OF THE OUTHEAST STRUCTURE AND THE NORTH SIDE OF E NORTHWEST STRUCTURE, AND (5) LANDSCAPING WI H TREES AND HEDGES AS REQUIRED HEREIN AND AS QUIRED BY THE OFF-STREET PARKING REGULA- TIO , WITH ALL HEDGE MATERIAL TO BE 42" IN HEI WHEN PLANTED; TO PERMIT ERECTION OF 21 "DU0 PARK" UNITS ON LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 13N, PROUTS SUB (B-65), LOCATED AT THE CO' R OF N. E. 2ND STREET AND N. E. 3RD AVENUE, I A C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City oMiami Planning and Zoning Board, at its meeting held on Deccmber 13, 1971, passed and adopted by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolu\ion No. 71-292, recommending granting a "Conditional Use" aaprovided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2 (8)(), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it essenial and desirable to the public convenience and welfare and f‘ilads that the use will not be detrimental or injurious to the \character of the development of the immediate neighborhood's NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a "C• ditional Use", as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article "SUPPORTIVE DL, iv,!1- NTS "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEM O. /D 1:17. Section 2 (8)(a), with the following conditions attached thereto: (1) Approval for one year, (2) Ten feet of landscaped street setback area for the structure located on the northwest and southeast corner of the property, (3) Upper level solid screening of the southeast structure, (4) Total screening of the east and of the southeast structure and the north side of the northwest structure, and (5) Landscaping with trees and hedges as required herein and as required by the off-street parking regulations, with all hedge material to be 42" in height when planted, to permit erection of 21 "Duo Park" units on Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 103N, PROUTS SUB, Plat Book B, Page 65, located at the Corner of N.
