A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE N. W. 11TH
STREET ROAD AND HIGHLAND ROAD, BETWEEN N. W.
14TH STREET AND THE E-W EXPRESSWAY, IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 806, DESIGNATED
AS "MEDICAL CENTER SUBDIVISION", SUBJECT TO
RECORDING FORMAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Miami, at its meeting held on January 10, 1972, passed
and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 72-3,
recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning and dis-
continuing for public use N. W. llth Street Road and
Highland Road, between N. W. 14th Street and the E-W Express-
way, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That N. W. llth Street Road and Highland
Road, between N. W. 14th Street and the East-West Expressway,
in accordance with Tentative Plat No. 806, designated as
"MEDICAL CENTER SUBDIVISION", be and the same is hereby
closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use,
subject to recording formal plat.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of January 10, 1972, Item
#3, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 72-3
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending the official vacation and closure of
N. W. llth Street Roa-anr lghland Road, between N. W. 14th Street
and the East-West Expressway, in accordance with Tentative Plat
#806, "MEDICAL CENTER SUBDIVISION".
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street Closure has been prepared by
the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
