A RESOLUTION SELECTING A NEWSPAPER IN WHICH
THE NOTICE OF SALE OF CERTIFICATES ISSUED
BY THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR DELINQUENT SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT LIENS SHALL BE
PUBLISHED.
WHEREAS, the State law provides that a newspaper
in which the notice of sale of certificates for delin-
quent special improvement assessment liens shall appear
shall be selected by the City Commission at its first
regular meeting in February;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION

a newspaper of general circulation in Miami, Dade County,
be designated as the newspaper in which the notice shall
be published concerning the sale of certificates issued
by the City of Miami for delinquent special improvement
assessment liens on real property.
