RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO THE CITY OF
MIAMI DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND SEWERS,
A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A WATER MAIN
TO BE INSTALLED NEAR THE SITE OF NEW
FIRE STATION NO. 2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver to the
City of Miami Department of Water and Sewers a grant of ease-
ment for a water main to be installed near the site of New
Fire Station No. 2, said easement more particularly described
in said Grant of Easement attached hereto and by reference
made a part hereof.
