WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41971, passed and adopted by the City Commission on November 19, 1970, authorized the issuance of a commercial waste collection license to Waste Disposal Corporation; and WHEREAS, the Waste Disposal Corporation submitted an application to the City Manager via the License Division of the City of Miami, together with all pertinent information required by Ordinance No. 7434 and has requested that the commercial waste collection license be renewed; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the License Division of the City of Miami recommend that the commercial waste collec- tion license previously issued to the Waste Disposal Corpora- tion be renewed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
