A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMERCIAL
WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO BE RENEWED
AND ISSUED TO WASTE DISPOSAL CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 41971, passed and adopted by
the City Commission on November 19, 1970, authorized the
issuance of a commercial waste collection license to Waste
Disposal Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the Waste Disposal Corporation submitted an
application to the City Manager via the License Division of
the City of Miami, together with all pertinent information
required by Ordinance No. 7434 and has requested that the
commercial waste collection license be renewed; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the License Division of
the City of Miami recommend that the commercial waste collec-
tion license previously issued to the Waste Disposal Corpora-
tion be renewed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A commercial waste collection license is
hereby authorized to be renewed and issued to the Waste
Disposal Corporation.

applicant's business, unless such vehicle has been first approved by the Director of the Department of Sanitotion
for waste collection use, and said vehicle is so constructed and loaded as to prevent any load, contents or waste
from being blown or deposited upon any street, alley or other public place, and that the wheels or tires of said ve-
hicle shall first be cleaned before entering any public place to prevent any deposit on any street, alley or other
public place of mud, dirt, sticky substance, waste or foreign matter of any kind.
17. That the vehicles used by the applicant for waste collection purposes operating within the City limits sholl be
marked on both sides of the vehicles in stencilled letters in an area of not less than 30" by 14" with the follow.

25. Comments and/or approval of equipment to be used, general operations, and information provided by applicant in
numbers twelve (12), fourteen (14), sixteen (16), seventeen (17), and eighteen (18). The Department of Sanitation
will keep an accurate record of all trucks inspected and provide for reinspection when trucks are replaced.

and appropriate action. After a decision has been reached by the Commission, the application will be returned to
the Tax & License Supervisor.

days from the date of his employment.
