A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $623.00 TO COVER THE COST
OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED MERRIE CHRISTMAS PARK -
FENCE - 1971 - AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, informal price quotations were received on
January 11, 1972, for the project entitled MERRIE CHRISTMAS
PARK - FENCE - 1971. The City Manager reports that the
bid of Casanova Fence Company in the amount of $556.00 is
the bid most advantageous and recommends that purchase
order be issued to said company, and
WHEREAS,funds to cover the cost of this project are
available from the Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated
Funds Account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The amount of $623.00 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated
Funds account to cover the cost of the project entitled
MERRIE CHRISTMAS PARK - FENCE - 1971.
Section 2. The informal price quotation of Casanova
Fence Company in the amount of $556.00 be, and the same is
hereby, accepted.
Section 3. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and directed to issue a purchase order to Casanova
Fence Company for the aforesaid project.
